The selling, hawking, huckstering and peddling
of candy, ice cream, beverages, food and food products upon the beach,
the strand, the dune area or any pavilion or walkway to any pavilion
in the Borough of Beach Haven is prohibited.
The selling, hawking, huckstering and peddling
upon the beach, the strand, the dune area or any pavilion or walkway
to any pavilion of any product in wrappers or containers which may
be left at the site of such selling, hawking, huckstering and peddling
is prohibited within the Borough of Beach Haven.
Licenses issued to peddle goods, wares, merchandise
or any article or services shall not authorize or permit such peddling
on the beach, or upon any public platform, park or playground, and
all peddling upon the same is hereby expressly prohibited.
Vendors holding a Borough of Beach Haven license to peddle/vend
are prohibited from entering on private property in the course of
pursuing the conduct permitted by the license.
