As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER OR TRAILER COACH
Any vehicle, unit or structure so designed and constructed
in such manner as will permit occupancy thereof as living or sleeping
quarters for one or more persons or the conduct of any business, occupation
or trade (or use as a selling or advertising device), and so designed
that it is or may be mounted on wheels or similar devices used for
the purpose of transporting the same from place to place, whether
it is self-propelled or otherwise.

It shall be unlawful to use any trailer or trailer
coach for dwelling purposes, sleeping purposes, place of business,
cooking facility or any other use or purpose commonly associated with
or incidental to housekeeping and living. All provisions of the Code
of the Borough of Beach Haven pertaining to motor vehicles, including
prohibitions concerning dressing, undressing and changing of clothes,
as well as parking and operation, shall apply to all trailers and
trailer coaches within the Borough of Beach Haven.

A. Definitions. The following words, phrases and terms
as used in this section are hereby defined for the purpose thereof
as follows:
CAMPER
A separate vehicle designed for human habitation which is
capable of being attached or detached from the body of a pickup truck.
CAMPER-TRAILER
A vehicular, portable dwelling structure designed to be used
for recreational purposes. This includes but is not limited to a travel
trailer, a pickup camper, a folding tent trailer, or a motorized camper
where the dwelling portion is an integral part of the self-propelled
vehicle.
MOTOR HOME
A self-contained vehicle designed for human habitation, with
its own mode of power and with a passageway from the body of the home
to the driver's seat.
TRAILER
A vehicle without mode of power, designed for carrying persons
or property on its own, but required to be drawn, pulled or towed
by another vehicle. Trailers shall also include but are not limited
to boat trailers and ski mobile trailers.
B. Parking.

(1) It shall be unlawful to park or allow to be parked any of the recreational vehicles defined by Subsection
A hereof on any public street or right-of-way in the Borough of Beach Haven where angle parking is permitted.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to be parked any of the recreational vehicles as defined by Subsection
A hereof on any public street or right-of-way in the Marine Commercial or Business Zoning Districts from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
(3) It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy, live
or sleep in any recreational vehicle or trailer as hereinabove described
while it is stored or parked in the Borough of Beach Haven. It shall
be unlawful for any person to park a recreational vehicle as hereinabove
described to be connected to any water, gas or sanitary sewer facilities
anywhere within the Borough.
(4) Boat and jet ski trailers may only be parked on the
street adjacent to the owner, occupant or tenant's property.
