Each member of the Township Council shall, within 60 days of taking
office, file with the Township Clerk a statement of the following information:
A. A description of real property owned by the Council member
and located within Bridgewater Township. Such description shall include the
lot and block number of realty, where available; the street address, where
available; and the nature and identity of any building or structure thereon.
Ownership means an equitable or legal title, whether fractional or entire.
B. The name and address of the Council member's employer,
and the position or title held by the Council member with such employer.
C. The names and addresses of any (except not-for-profit)
organizations located in or doing business in the Township of Bridgewater
in which the Council member holds a position as a director or trustee.
D. The name and address of any corporation, partnership,
joint venture or other business entity in which the Council member owns or
controls, directly or indirectly, an equity interest of 10% or more, if such
business entity is located in or does business within the Township of Bridgewater.
Each Council member shall sign and date his or her statement upon filing
same with the Township Clerk.
Each member of the Township Council is under a continuing duty to disclose changes in his or her financial and employment status (as required by §
15-1 above) by filing amendatory statements within 60 days of the occurrence of any such changes.
