Disorderly conduct — See Ch. 76.
Any person, while operating a motor vehicle on any street or highway within this Township, who knowingly flees or attempts to elude any police or law enforcement officer after having received any signal from such officer to bring the vehicle to a full stop, is a disorderly person.
Any person, while traveling on foot or by any other means, who knowingly flees or attempts to elude any police or law enforcement officer after having received any signal from such officer to halt, is a disorderly person.
Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Judge.
