Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 206-33). The foregoing provisions shall not apply to vehicles actually engaged in the pickup or delivery of materials to premises located on any street or part of a street described in Schedule V.
