The permitted uses and accessory uses in the R-25 Residential Zones are as specified for the R-15 Residential Zone in § 250-31 and § 250-32.

In the R-25 Residential Zones, existing substandard platted lots created by approved lot clustering shall be subject to yard requirements as follows: Interior lots shall have a minimum forty-foot front yard, ten-foot side yard and thirty-foot rear yard and corner lots shall have a minimum forty-foot front yard, forty-foot street side yard, ten-foot inside yard and forty-foot rear yard.
The off-street parking requirements in the R-25 Residential Zones are as specified for the R-15 Zone. (See § 250-34.)
