The following streets are designated as one-way streets, and no vehicle shall be operated thereupon except in the direction hereinafter indicated for the movement of traffic thereupon:
A. 
River Street, from its intersection with Broad and Grand Avenues to Oritan Avenue and between said limits, River Street shall be used for westbound traffic only.
B. 
Kingsland Avenue, from Aurora Avenue to Lafayette Avenue, and between said limits, Kingsland Avenue shall be used for southbound traffic only.
C. 
Englehart Terrace from Shaler Boulevard to Edgewater Avenue, and between said limits, Englehart Terrace shall be used for southbound traffic only.
D. 
Art Lane, from Studio Road to Edgewater Avenue, in a westerly direction.
E. 
Aurora Avenue.
(1) 
Direction: eastbound.
(2) 
Limits: between Kingsland Avenue and the Cliffside Park Borough line.
F. 
Church Street.
(1) 
Direction: northbound.
(2) 
Limits: between Edgewater Avenue and Hendricks Causeway.
G. 
Fulton Street.
(1) 
Direction: Southbound.
(2) 
Limits: Between Edgewater Avenue and Hendricks Causeway.
H. 
Victoria Terrace, from Hendrick's Causeway to Edgewater Avenue, in a northerly direction.

I. 
Jacobus Drive, between Abbott Avenue and Prospect Avenue, traffic to flow in a westerly direction only.

Slocum Avenue, between Abbott Avenue and Prospect Avenue, traffic to flow in a easterly direction only.

Any person found guilty of violating this article of the Code of the Borough of Ridgefield shall be subject to a penalty consisting of fine or imprisonment, or both, subject to the discretion of the Judge, the maximum of which shall be the maximum fine or term of imprisonment permitted to be imposed by the court having jurisdiction over the violation of this article of the Code of the Borough of Ridgefield; provided, however, that the fine shall not be less than $100 nor more than $2,000 per offense and the prison term shall not exceed 90 days in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:49-5. Due consideration shall be given to scheduled mandatory fines for comparable motor vehicle offenses pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et seq.
