Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140,
the following described streets, or parts of streets, are hereby designated
as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right
side of each street intersecting the through street.
A. Oak Street: Between Edgewater Avenue and the southerly
terminus.
B. Lancaster Road: Between South Broad Avenue and Shaler
Boulevard.
C. Day Avenue: Between Oak Street and Shaler Boulevard.
D. Clark Avenue: Between Oak Street and Shaler Boulevard.
E. Hamilton Street: Between Oak Street and Shaler Boulevard.
F. Banta Place: Between Broad Avenue and Shaler Boulevard.

P. Abbott Avenue and Elizabeth Street: A stop sign shall
be placed on the northwest corner of Abbott Avenue, southbound, at

T. Abbott Avenue and Ray Avenue. Appropriate stop signs
and stop lines warning motorists of an all-way stop ahead shall be
placed on all four corners at the intersection of Abbott Avenue and
Ray Avenue.

U. Walnut Street. A sign warning motorists of a stop
ahead shall be placed on the easterly side of Walnut Street at a point
283 feet north of the northerly curb line of Edgewater Avenue.

V. Walnut Street. A stop sign for northbound traffic
on Walnut Street shall be placed on the easterly side of Walnut Street
at a point 456 feet north of the northerly curb line of Edgewater
Avenue.

W. Prospect Avenue and Slocum Avenue. This shall be an
all-way-stop intersection with stop signs on all four corners. Additionally,
a "stop ahead" sign shall be placed 108.5 feet north of the curb line
of the northwest corner.

X. Lowe Avenue and Edgewater Avenue. A stop sign shall
be installed on the northwest corner facing southbound traffic.

AA. Prospect Avenue and Slocum Avenue. This shall be an
all-way stop intersection with stop signs on all corners. Additionally,
a "stop ahead" sign shall be placed on the easterly side of Prospect
Avenue south of the southeast corner of the intersection facing northbound
traffic.

BB. Ray Avenue and Stewart Street. A stop sign shall be
placed on the northerly side of Ray Avenue, facing westbound traffic,
a distance of eight feet from the northeast corner of the intersection
of Ray Avenue and Stewart Street. A sign warning motorists of the
stop ahead shall be placed on the northerly side of Ray Avenue, a
distance of 89 feet from the northeasterly corner of the intersection
of Ray Avenue and Stewart Street.

CC. Hillcrest Avenue and Stewart Street. A stop sign shall
be placed on the northerly side of Hillcrest Avenue, facing westbound
traffic, a distance of eight feet from the northeasterly corner of
the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue and Stewart Street.

DD. Victory Avenue and Stewart Street. A stop sign shall
be placed on the northerly side of Victory Avenue, facing westbound
traffic, a distance of eight feet from the northeasterly corner of
the intersection of Victory Avenue and Stewart Street.

EE. Clark Avenue. Stop signs shall be erected on Clark
Avenue at the intersection of Chestnut Street, on the southwest corner,
17 feet from the curbline, and on the northeast corner, 18 1/2
feet from the curbline, for westbound and eastbound traffic, respectively,
together with appropriate stop lines and curb markings.

FF. Hamilton Avenue at the intersection of Chestnut Street.
A stop sign shall be installed on the northeast corner, facing westbound
Hamilton Avenue traffic, and a stop sign shall be installed on the
southwest corner facing eastbound Hamilton Avenue traffic.

GG. Day Avenue at the intersection of Chestnut Street.
A stop sign shall be installed on the northeast corner facing westbound
Day Avenue traffic, and a stop sign shall be installed on the southwest
corner facing eastbound Day Avenue traffic.

HH. Sketch Place at the intersection of Martling Place.
A stop sign shall be installed on the southwest corner facing Sketch
Place traffic. It will be placed 10 feet west of the extended curbline
of Martling Place. A stop line shall be placed eight feet west of
this line.

II. Intersection of Elm Avenue West, Pembroke Way and
Oak Street. A stop sign shall be installed 10 feet six inches from
the northeast curbline of Pembroke Way. A solid white stop line shall
be placed eight feet six inches from this same curbline. A large lettered
"STOP" shall be placed in front of the stop bar. Two parallel yellow
lines going east shall be painted from the stop bar for a distance
of 50 feet. The existing yellow curb on the northside of Elm Avenue
shall be extended to the sewer, approximately 10 feet. A "Stop Ahead"
sign shall be placed 11 feet west of the curbline at the northwest
corner of Oak Street. A "Reduce Speed" sign shall be placed onto the
existing neighborhood watch sign pole. This sign is located just west
of Morningside Avenue, between Morningside Avenue and Norman Road.
The "No Parking" sign attached to this pole shall be removed and placed
15 feet west of the existing pole.

JJ. Martling Place at the intersection of Carpenter Place.
A stop sign shall be installed on the southwest corner of Carpenter
Place at the intersection of Martling Place. It will be placed 10
feet west of the extended curbline of Martling Place. A stop line
will be placed extending from the curbline next to the stop sign eight
feet north into the roadway.

KK. Oak Street at the intersection of Oakdene Avenue.
A stop sign shall be installed on the southwest corner of Oakdene
Avenue at the intersection of Oak Street.

Court. A stop sign shall be installed on the southwest corner of Marion
