No person shall park a vehicle in the parking place maintained by the Borough of Ridgefield at the Borough-owned property commonly known as the "Ridgefield Community Center" between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day; provided, however, that in the case of a special event or special or emergency conditions, the hours parking shall be permitted may be varied by order of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Ridgefield.
No person shall park a vehicle in the parking place maintained by the Borough of Ridgefield at the Borough-owned property commonly known as the "Ridgefield Community Center" for a period longer than 90 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. of any day, except Sunday.

No person shall park a vehicle in the parking place maintained by the Borough of Ridgefield at the Borough-owned property commonly known as the "Ridgefield Community Center" at any place other than in the spaces marked by appropriate lines on the pavement and shall keep all wheels of said vehicle within the area outlined by said lines. Any person found guilty of violating this article shall be subject to a fine of $28.
No person shall operate a vehicle in the parking place maintained by the Borough of Ridgefield at the Borough-owned property commonly known as the "Ridgefield Community Center" except in the direction officially designated for the movement of traffic thereupon by appropriate signs or markers.

Any person found guilty of violating this article of the Code of the Borough of Ridgefield shall be subject to a penalty consisting of a fine or imprisonment, or both, subject to the discretion of the Judge, the maximum of which shall be the maximum fine or term of imprisonment permitted to be imposed by the court having jurisdiction over the violation of this article of the Code of the Borough of Ridgefield; provided, however, that the fine shall not be less than $100 nor more than $2,000 per offense and the prison term shall not exceed 90 days in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:49-5. Due consideration shall be given to scheduled mandatory fines for comparable motor vehicle offenses pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et seq.
