The Mayor and Council may, from time to time,
designate certain curbside areas on Borough roads to be specially
allocated parking for specific persons and/or specific vehicles according
to the needs of the Borough. These specially allocated parking areas
may be subject to such terms and conditions as the Mayor and Council
deems advisable including, but not limited to, the imposition of a
sunset provision by which the specially allocated parking designation
shall expire.
The following areas are designated as specially
allocated parking areas subject to the terms and conditions contained
in such designation:
A.
A single parking place adjacent to 808 Pleasantview
Terrace (on the southside of Pleasantview Terrace) beginning at a
point 212 feet east of the southeast corner of Pleasantview Terrace
and Charlotte Terrace and proceeding east a distance of 22 feet. This
parking place shall be reserved for the exclusive use of Fire Chief
John Hoffman's Fire Department vehicle.
B.
The 11
angled parking spaces lying on the north side of Kathleen Court are
reserved for the exclusive use of the persons who occupy the residences
commonly known as Block 2607, Lot 1/C0014 (14 Kathleen Court); Block
2607, Lot 1/C0016 (16 Kathleen Court); Block 2607, Lot 2/C0010 (10
Kathleen Court); Block 2607, Lot 2/C0012 (12 Kathleen Court); Block
2607, Lot 3/C006 (6 Kathleen Court); Block 2607, Lot 3/C008 (8 Kathleen
Court); Block 2607, Lot 4/C002 (2 Kathleen Court); and Block 2607,
Lot 4/C004 (4 Kathleen Court) and their guests.

C.
A single parking place adjacent to 720 Bergen Boulevard (on the east
side of Bergen Boulevard) beginning at a point 109 feet south of the
southeast corner of Bergen Boulevard and Lafayette Avenue and proceeding
south a distance of 18 feet. This parking place shall be reserved
for the exclusive use of Fire Chief Anthony Santangelo's fire department
vehicle.
