The following is established as the fee schedule
to be paid for records and services of the Ridgefield Board of Health:
A.
The fee
for a certified copy of a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage
certificate, remarriage certificate, certification of domestic partnership,
certificate of civil union or certificate of reaffirmation of civil
union shall be $15 for the first copy, and $10 for each additional
copy of the same record purchased at the same time.
B.
The fee
for the correction of a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage
certificate, remarriage certificate, certificate of domestic partnership,
certificate of civil union or a certificate of reaffirmation of civil
union (other than correction of administrative error) shall be $25.
C.
Certified
copy or certification of birth, death, marriage, remarriage, domestic
partnership, civil union or reaffirmation of civil union. Initial
search and certificate shall be $15, each additional year search shall
be $2 per year.
