A.
No person shall construct, install or renovate a solid-fuel-burning
appliance in the Village of Rouses Point unless a permit has been
issued therefor by the Chief Official. The purchase and personal use
of a portable charcoal grill shall be exempt from the provisions of
this section, provided that same is used in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
B.
An owner of a solid-fuel-burning appliance may request
an inspection of an existing solid-fuel appliance, provided that he
has paid the appropriate fee therefor as required by this chapter.
