This chapter shall apply to all users of the Rouses Point wastewater
treatment plant's services, whether residential, commercial or industrial.
This shall apply to all customers within the Village and outlying areas. The
rate structure for the various users shall be determined by resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rouses Point.
