Said districts are bounded as shown on the Village of Rouses
Point Land Use District Map, which, with all explanatory matter, is
hereby made part of this chapter.
Land use district boundary lines generally follow property lines.
Questions concerning the precise location of district boundary lines
on the map shall be resolved by the Board of Appeals under its powers
of interpretation.
If a lot lies in two or more land use districts, each portion
of the lot shall be governed by the regulations of the district in
which it lies. Upon special authorization of the Board of Appeals
and after a public hearing, the provisions of the less restricted
portion of the lot may be extended up to 30 feet into the more restricted
portion. An extension of more than 30 feet shall require a variance
or map amendment.
