The following is a chronological listing of ordinances of the Borough of Rutherford adopted since the publication of the 1999 reformatted Code, indicating their inclusion in the Code or the reason for their exclusion. [Enabling legislation which is not general and permanent in nature is considered to be non-Code material (NCM).] Information regarding non-Code ordinances or ordinances which are not included in the Code nor on this list is available from the office of the Borough Clerk. The last ordinance reviewed for the republication of the Code was Ordinance No. 2884-99, adopted 2-16-1999. A complete listing, including disposition, of all ordinances reviewed in conjunction with the republication of the Code is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk.
