The City of Franklin participates in the New Hampshire Retirement
System, which is mandatory for all full-time regular City employees
and part-time regular City employees regularly scheduled 35 hours
or more per week. Part-time regular employees who are collecting New
Hampshire Retirement System benefits may not work more than 32 hours
per week.
