Whenever amendments are voted and passed by the City Council, all City employees shall be notified, in writing, of said changes.
All newly hired City employees shall receive a copy of these rules and regulations no later than the first day of employment. Also, information describing the following items shall be provided; credit union, retirement system, health insurance and life insurance.
A. 
These proposed personnel rules and regulations for employees of the City of Franklin, dated October 3, 2011, adopted by the City Council at a regular or special meeting, may be amended from time to time in the same fashion.
B. 
The Compensation Plan may be amended and changed from time to time as conditions require, and the plan shall be acted upon by the City Council at a regular or special meeting.
