The Board of Commissioners shall, by resolution, fix the rate of interest to be charged for nonpayment of taxes, assessments or other municipal liens or charges. That rate shall be consistent with the rates allowed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-67 and 54:4-67.1.
