The position of Borough Administrator is hereby established in the Borough of Haddonfield.
Subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-137, as amended and supplemented, the Borough Administrator shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners. The term of office of the Borough Administrator shall be at the pleasure of the governing body, and appointments are for one year.
The duties of the Borough Administrator shall include, generally, the management of the business and operations of the Borough under the supervision and control of the Board of Commissioners, and such other duties as shall be specifically assigned by said Board from time to time. The Borough Administrator shall be compensated for his or her services as provided by Salary Ordinance.[1]
