The Borough of Maywood Swim Pool Committee is established to
supervise the operations and maintenance of the municipal swim pool
and its grounds. All of the aforesaid authority shall be subject to
the approval of the Mayor and Council.
The Municipal Pool Committee shall consist of five members,
all residents of the Borough, who shall be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of the Council.
All fees and other charges collected for admission to or use
or enjoyment of the municipal swimming pool or for any recreational
privilege, entertainment or other activity carried on in connection
therewith shall be turned over to the Treasurer of the Borough and
shall be kept in an account separate and distinct from any other accounts
of the Borough. All disbursements and expenditures incurred in connection
with the supervision and control of the municipal swimming pool shall
be approved by the Mayor and Council.
The Municipal Pool Committee shall make an annual report on
or before the first day of January and shall transmit the same to
the Mayor and Council. Said report shall contain a comprehensive and
detailed account covering operations, receipts, disbursements and
expenditures for the full year.
