Editor's Note: This ordinance also amended the title of Art. I, which was formerly Greensburg Fire Department Capital Equipment and Improvement Fund, Greensburg Police Department Capital Equipment and Improvement Fund and Greensburg Community Days Fund.
It is hereby enacted and ordained by the City of Greensburg that any and all funds received by the Hutchinson Parking Garage Fund of the City pursuant to Section 10 of the Hospital Parking Facilities Finance Agreement dated May 15, 1978, as amended, between and among the City of Greensburg, Westmoreland Hospital Association, and the Greensburg Parking Authority shall hereafter be deposited in funds hereby created, which said funds shall be known as the "Greensburg Fire Department Capital Equipment and Capital Improvement Fund," the "Greensburg Police Department Capital Equipment and Capital Improvement Fund," the "Greensburg Community Days Fund" and the "Hutchinson Garage Reserve Fund." All monies shall be attributed to the aforesaid funds, as follows:
A. 
A minimum of 10% of excess revenues will be set aside in the Hutchinson Garage Reserve Fund for repairs, maintenance and improvements to the garage.
B. 
For each amount received, 75% is to be attributed to the Greensburg Fire Department Capital Equipment and Capital Improvement Fund; 15% is to be attributed to the Greensburg Police Department Capital Equipment and Capital Improvement Fund; and 10% is to be attributed to the Community Days Fund.
The funds so created shall be administered by the Mayor and Council of the City of Greensburg, pursuant to requests for capital equipment and/or capital improvement expenditures by the Fire Department and/or the Police Department and requests for expenditures by the Community Days Committee or the Fiscal Director or the City Administrator.
The monies will be disbursed from the funds only after contracts have been awarded for the purchase of fire-fighting equipment or capital improvements for the Fire Department or Police Department or for expenditures approved for Greensburg Community Days or approved for the J. Edward Hutchinson Garage by the City Council of the City of Greensburg.
