A. 
Building permit fees. Building permit fees for, including, without limitation, commercial and residential (new construction and additions, repairs and alterations) buildings, utility and miscellaneous use groups [decks, towers, retaining walls (four feet or higher), commercial fences (over six feet in height)] construction, manufactured homes, and commercial swimming pools, shall include a $150 application fee plus the cost of all third-party review fees. Building permit fees for residential swimming pools and residential fences (over 6 1/2 feet in height) shall include a $75 application fee plus the cost of all third-party review fees. Third-party review fee costs are available from the City of Greensburg approved third-party agencies and the City of Greensburg Planning and Development Department.

B. 
Construction document review fees. Construction document review fees shall include a $150 application fee plus the cost of all third-party review fees. Third-party review fee costs are available from the City of Greensburg approved third-party agencies and the City of Greensburg Planning and Development Department.
C. 
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical permit fees. HVAC, plumbing and electrical permits fees shall include a $25 administration fee plus the cost of all third-party review fees. Third-party review fee costs are available from the City of Greensburg approved third-party agencies and the City of Greensburg Planning and Development Department. Applicants shall not be charged said $25 electrical permit fee for a swimming pool if they paid the $75 (residential) or $150 (commercial) application fee for the permit to construct the pool.
D. 
All payments made through the City's online permitting system, whether provided for under this section or any other section of this Code, shall be subject to a 3% processing fee.
