Except as hereinafter provided in §
265-44, Height exceptions, and Article
XVI, Nonconformance and Noncompliance, after the effective date of this chapter, no structure shall be erected, reconstructed, enlarged, used or moved to another location so as to exceed the height limit for that use established by the following schedule. Heights for R3 Districts shall be as prescribed in Article
XXII, pertaining to planned residential development.
For purposes of height measurement, on through
lots, where a structure extends beyond 1/2 of the depth of the lot,
such lot shall be considered as if it were two separate lots divided
by a line equidistant from each street, and the basic grades shall
be established accordingly.
