Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-10 et seq., the Borough of Woodcliff Lake is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with the County of Bergen to provide for the purchasing by the County of materials and supplies for use by the Borough, which the Borough may otherwise lawfully purchase for itself.
The proper municipal officials of the Borough are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, on behalf of the Borough, all such contracts with the County of Bergen as may be authorized and approved by resolution of the Borough Council.
