For purposes of promoting public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community, the Borough of Woodcliff Lake is hereby divided into the following zone districts known as:

The map entitled "Zoning Map, Borough of Woodcliff Lake" delineating the above zone districts, together with all explanatory notes, is hereby annexed hereto and made part of this chapter as though set forth at length.[1]

The Limiting Schedule[1] annexed to this chapter shall apply to the uses of lots and buildings, yards and other open spaces to be provided contiguous thereto and all other matters contained therein, as indicated for the various zone districts established by this chapter.

In computing the area of a lot under this section, for purposes of minimum lot area or building coverage calculations, if the Borough of Woodcliff Lake or County of Bergen is to obtain in connection with building or development of a lot a dedication of land or easement over land for road widening purposes, then the dimensions of the lot prior to the grant of easement or deed of dedication shall be used.
