For all activities regulated by this chapter,
the steps below shall be followed for submission. For any activities
that require a PADEP joint permit application and are regulated under
Chapter 105 (Dam Safety and Waterway Management) or Chapter 106 (Floodplain
Management) of PADEP's rules and regulations, require a PennDOT highway
occupancy permit, or require any other permit under applicable state
or federal regulations, the permit(s) shall be part of the plan.
A. The drainage plan shall be submitted by the developer
as part of a subdivision preliminary plan or a land development plan
submission for the regulated activity.
B. Ten copies of the drainage plan shall be submitted
to the Director of Engineering no less than 10 calendar days prior
to the next regular monthly meeting of the Waynesboro Planning Commission.
The Director of Engineering will distribute one copy to the Borough's
Consulting Engineer and one copy to each member of the Waynesboro
Planning Commission.
A disapproved drainage plan may be resubmitted, with the revisions addressing the Director of Engineering's concerns documented in writing, to the Director of Engineering in accordance with §
238-4 of this chapter and be subject to review as specified in §
238-5 of this chapter. The applicable review fee must accompany a resubmission of a disapproved drainage plan.
