A.
The Director of Engineering or his assignee shall
inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater
management facilities.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Director of Engineering
determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved Stormwater Management
Ordinance of the Borough of Waynesboro, the Director of Engineering
of the Borough of Waynesboro shall revoke any existing permits until
a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in
this chapter.
