Borough of Waynesboro, PA Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 238-19 Review fees.

The fees required by this chapter are the Borough of Waynesboro review fees. The Borough of Waynesboro review fee shall be established by resolution by the Borough Council of the Borough of Waynesboro to defray any inspection review costs incurred by the Borough of Waynesboro and the Director of Engineering. All fees shall be paid by the applicant. Permits to begin any work on any project shall not be issued until the required fees have been paid.

§ 238-20 Expenses covered by fees.

The fees required by this chapter shall, at a minimum, cover:

A. The review of the drainage plan by the Director of Engineering.

B. The site inspection.

C. The inspection of stormwater facilities and drainage improvements during construction.

D. The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage plan.

E. Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
