There is hereby created the office of Municipal
Assessment Searcher.
The Municipal Assessment Searcher shall be appointed
by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.
The term of Municipal Assessment Searcher shall
be one year from the date of such appointment and advice and consent
of the Borough Council.
The Municipal Assessment Searcher shall perform
such duties as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor or Council.
