All construction work governed by a building permit, within a subdivision or on an approval-not-required (ANR) lot is allowed only between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and is prohibited between the hours of 4:00 p.m. on Saturday through 7:00 a.m. Monday and on federal and state holidays.
Homeowners in possession of an occupancy permit and doing work on their own property are specifically excluded from this bylaw.
