The Select Board or a majority of them are authorized
to sell, after first giving notice of the time and place of sale by
posting such notice of same in some convenient and public place of
the Town at least 14 days before such sale, property taken by the
Town under tax title procedure.
The Select Board, or whoever it may authorize
to hold the auction, may reject any bid they deem inadequate.
