No person shall throw, place or cause to be thrown or placed upon any street or sidewalk in the Town any dirt, ashes, stones, whoops, boards or other wood with nails projecting therefrom, shavings, sawdust, manure, nails, spikes, glass, tin cans, filth, rubbish or any noxious or refuse liquid or solid matter or slippery substance.
No person shall pasture or cause to be pastured any cattle upon or within the limits of any street or way of the Town either with or without a keeper, provided that nothing in this bylaw shall be construed to affect the right of any person to the use of land within the limits of such way, adjoining his own premises; also no person shall willfully or negligently cause swine, cows, or horses to travel on the sidewalks of the Town.
No person shall coast upon or across any sidewalk or street in the Town, except at such times and in such places as may from time to time be designated by the Select Board.
