On any corner lot, no wall, fence or other structure shall be erected or altered and no hedge, tree, shrub or other growth shall be maintained which may cause danger to traffic on a street by obscuring the view.
The lawful use of a building existing on the effective date of this chapter or authorized by a building permit issued prior thereto may be continued, although such use does not conform to the provisions of this chapter. Such use may be extended throughout the building lawfully acquired previous to said date. A nonconforming use of a building may be changed to a use of the A Residence District according to the provisions of this chapter.
All tidal lands as shown on the Official Map of the Village of Belle Terre shall be considered to lie within the A Residence District.[1]
