GENERAL REFERENCES
Officers and employees — See Ch. 37.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls hereby confers
the benefits of § 18 of the Public Officers Law upon its employees,
as defined in said § 18, and agrees that the village shall be held
liable for costs incurred under the provisions of said § 18.
The Board of Trustees hereby confers the benefits of § 18
of the Public Officers Law upon the employees, as defined in said section,
of any public entity established for the benefit of the Village of Honeoye
Falls and agrees that the village shall be held liable for costs incurred
under the provisions of said section.
Any benefits accorded to employees under § 18 of the Public
Officers Law shall supplement and be available in addition to defense and
indemnification protection conferred by any other enactment.
The benefits conferred and the costs to be incurred by this chapter
shall be defined, determined and be limited in accordance with the provisions
of § 18 of the Public Officers Law as if said section was fully
set forth herein.
