It shall be unlawful for any person or persons or corporation or corporations to hold, own, conduct or take part in any parade or exhibition or for any band of music to play upon the streets or public grounds of the village without first having obtained a permit so to do from the Mayor of said village or of one (1) of the Village Trustees.

Circuses, theaters or other exhibitions or performances, the keeping of billiard saloons, bowling alleys, shooting galleries and other similar places of amusement, for money or hire, or the giving of exhibitions, performances or entertainments in any places where liquor is sold or drunk under a liquor tax certificate is hereby prohibited in the Village of Honeoye Falls, unless a license be first obtained from the Mayor of the village or from a majority of the Board of Trustees, at a meeting thereof.

The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both, for each violation.
