At all times the temporary storage shed, trailer
storage, construction trailer or office must be kept in a clean and
safe condition, with no graffiti, no damage nor vandalism and with
the appropriate security lighting, fencing or landscaping as the Township
of Tinicum may require.
The permit holder shall be responsible for all
costs and expenses associated with the site and removal of the storage
shed, trailer storage, construction offices or trailers, including
any costs of repair and maintenance, landscaping, seeding and grading
the site, removal of trash and debris and a general cleaning and the
maintaining of the safety, condition and welfare of the site and all
structures and improvements thereon.
The public streets, highways, sidewalks, easements
or rights-of-way shall not be used for the placement of any storage
sheds, trailer storage, construction trailers or offices, and said
streets, highways, sidewalks, easements or rights-of-way shall not
be used for the storage of building materials or equipment or any
permanent or temporary improvements thereon.
The Township of Tinicum may revoke any permit
without advance notice for the use of temporary storage sheds, trailer
storage, construction trailers or offices if, in the opinion of the
Township Code Enforcement Officer, Zoning Officer or Fire Marshal,
the temporary storage shed(s), trailer storage, construction trailer(s)
or office(s) are being improperly used, not complying with the application
disclosure or permit requirements or are a danger to the public.
No waste material, trash, debris or rubbish
shall be stored or allowed to accumulate in or within the area of
any temporary storage shed(s), trailer storage, construction trailer
or office.
No sign or banner shall be in any manner affixed
nor sign or banner illuminated on any temporary storage shed, trailer
storage, construction trailer or office without the express approval
of the Township Commissioners.
Any person, partnership, association or corporation
who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms
or provisions of this chapter or of any regulations or requirement
pursuant thereto and authorized thereby shall be subject to a fine
of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, for each such
offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs within
10 days from the imposition thereof, to imprisonment in the county
jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. Such fine imposed by this
section shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other
section of this chapter. Each and every day in which any person shall
be in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
