A. 
A Township permit shall be required for the placing of any temporary storage shed, trailer, trailer storage, construction office or construction trailer at a construction site under development, with the permit fee as follows:
(1) 
One year: $3 per square foot.
(2) 
Six months or less: $2 per square foot.
(3) 
Three months of less: $1.25 per square foot.
B. 
Permits may be renewed at the option of the Township so long as the site remains under active development with the repayment of said fee and if the holder is in compliance with all other Township of Tinicum permit requirements and all other ordinances, building and fire code regulations and health ordinances of the Township of Tinicum.
C. 
Any person, partnership, association or corporation requesting a permit shall complete the Township's application for temporary placement of storage sheds, trailer storage and construction offices, provide all information required by the Township and pay all appropriate permit fees.
D. 
The Township may require fencing, lighting and landscaping of any storage shed, trailer storage and construction trailer or office as the safety, conditions and welfare of the community and site may require.
A. 
All temporary storage sheds, trailer storage, construction trailers or offices shall be erected within the property lines of property to be altered or improved. However, no such office, shed or trailer shall be built contiguous to or within 10 feet of the property lines unless it has the sides and roof properly covered with sheet metal or other fire-resisting materials as approved by the Township of Tinicum. The temporary storage shed, trailer storage, construction trailer or office shall not be used for any other purpose than the purpose specifically set forth and described in the permit application.
B. 
The temporary storage shed, trailer storage, construction office or trailer and all improvements thereon shall be removed upon the termination of the permit or completion of the work, whichever occurs first, with the parcel fully restored, clean, free of debris and trash, appropriately graded and seeded.
At all times the temporary storage shed, trailer storage, construction trailer or office must be kept in a clean and safe condition, with no graffiti, no damage nor vandalism and with the appropriate security lighting, fencing or landscaping as the Township of Tinicum may require.
The permit holder shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the site and removal of the storage shed, trailer storage, construction offices or trailers, including any costs of repair and maintenance, landscaping, seeding and grading the site, removal of trash and debris and a general cleaning and the maintaining of the safety, condition and welfare of the site and all structures and improvements thereon.
The public streets, highways, sidewalks, easements or rights-of-way shall not be used for the placement of any storage sheds, trailer storage, construction trailers or offices, and said streets, highways, sidewalks, easements or rights-of-way shall not be used for the storage of building materials or equipment or any permanent or temporary improvements thereon.
The Township of Tinicum may revoke any permit without advance notice for the use of temporary storage sheds, trailer storage, construction trailers or offices if, in the opinion of the Township Code Enforcement Officer, Zoning Officer or Fire Marshal, the temporary storage shed(s), trailer storage, construction trailer(s) or office(s) are being improperly used, not complying with the application disclosure or permit requirements or are a danger to the public.
No waste material, trash, debris or rubbish shall be stored or allowed to accumulate in or within the area of any temporary storage shed(s), trailer storage, construction trailer or office.
No sign or banner shall be in any manner affixed nor sign or banner illuminated on any temporary storage shed, trailer storage, construction trailer or office without the express approval of the Township Commissioners.
Any person, partnership, association or corporation who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this chapter or of any regulations or requirement pursuant thereto and authorized thereby shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, for each such offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs within 10 days from the imposition thereof, to imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. Such fine imposed by this section shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other section of this chapter. Each and every day in which any person shall be in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
