The curbline on all the streets within the Township
of Tinicum shall hereafter be at least 13.5 feet equidistant from
the center line of said streets and parallel thereto, with the exception,
however, that this shall not apply to Saude Avenue and Jansen Avenue
in Westinghouse Village, where the present existing curblines shall
maintain.
Curblines now in existence shall not be affected
by the provisions of this article unless new construction shall hereafter
be commenced.
