There shall be within the Office of the Township
Clerk a Registrar of Vital Statistics who shall have those duties
and responsibilities as provided for under the provisions of Title
26 of the Revised Statutes and other appropriate law.

There shall be within the Office of the Township
Clerk a secretary to the Office of Legislative Services. The secretary
shall be responsible for compilation of constituent and legislative
information for the Township Council.

A. Appointment. There is hereby established the position
of Assistant Municipal Clerk within the Office of the Township Clerk.
The Assistant Municipal Clerk shall be appointed by the Council.

B. Duties and responsibilities. The Assistant Municipal
Clerk shall be under the supervision of the Township Clerk and the
Deputy Township Clerk. In that connection, it shall be the duty of
the Assistant Municipal Clerk to assist the Township Clerk and the
Deputy Township Clerk in the performance of such duties as directed
by the Township Clerk and Deputy Township Clerk.
