A. No oil burner shall be installed in the village unless a permit for
such installation has been obtained from the village upon payment
of the fee required by law.
B. No inside or outside fuel tank shall be installed in the village
unless a permit for such installation has been obtained from the village
upon payment of the fee required by law.
C. The installation, operation and maintenance of any heating or ventilating
equipment shall conform to all applicable provisions of law, including
the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
No heating plant shall be converted to gas and no new gas-fired
burner shall be installed unless a permit for such installation has
been obtained from the village upon payment of the fee required by
law.
