It shall not be lawful for any person:
A. To unnecessarily blow horns or whistles or to sound bells, or to
operate a motor vehicle or motorboat with muffler cutout open so as
to make a loud and unseemly noise, or to fire any guns, pistols or
other firearms on any parkway, street or highway or public place or
any harbor in the village.
B. To appear on any parkway, street or highway or public place in the
village, except a bathing beach, in a bathing suit.
C. To commit any nuisance on any sidewalk, parkway, street, highway
or public place in the village.
D. To indulge in disorderly, noisy or riotous conduct within the village.
E. To disturb the peace and quiet of the village or any public meeting
or assembly therein.
F. To publish any obscene or indecent writing, picture or print within
the village, or to deface any wall, post, fence, building or other
surface in the village with the same.
G. To trespass on any public place or private property.
H. To take off or land any type of aircraft in the Village of Hewlett
Bay Park.

It shall not be lawful for any person or corporation:
A. To dig, remove or carry away any stones or gravel from any sidewalk,
parkway, street, highway or public place in the village without a
written permission from the Mayor of the village.
B. To injure, damage, deface or destroy any building, construction or
property of the village in any manner or any place whatsoever, or
to cut down, remove or injure any shade trees growing on any sidewalk,
parkway, street, highway or public place in the village, or to hitch
or tie any horse or any other animal to any such shade trees.
C. To post or hang any bill, notice or placard, legal notices excepted,
upon any post, telephone pole, electric light pole, fence or wall
of a building or other object in or along any sidewalk, parkway, street,
highway or public place in the village.
