Editor's Note: This bill also provided that it takes effect
7-1-2009 and is applicable to all taxable years beginning after 6-30-2009.
Pursuant to the authorization contained in § 9-311
(b), Tax-Property Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Dorchester
County may grant, by law, a property tax credit against the County
property tax imposed on property that is owned by the Cedar Meadows
Rod and Gun Club, Incorporated, and property that is owned by the
Cambridge Skeet and Gun Club, Incorporated.
