No parking shall be allowed on all streets, lanes and drives between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
2. 
No parking shall be allowed during any declared snow emergency or when snow accumulation exceeds a depth of two inches.
3. 
No parking shall be allowed on either side of Laurel Ridge Drive from the northern edge of the driveway of 1509 Laurel Ridge Drive in a southerly direction to its intersection with Purdy Road.

As used in § 830.03, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
VEHICLE
Shall apply to all devices which are defined as such under the provisions of the Vehicle Code[1] of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as presently enacted as the same may be hereafter amended.

Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of § 830.03 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and costs, provided that it shall be the duty of the police officers of the Township to make a report of all violations, indicating, in each case: the section violated; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this section. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the sum of $10 within 10 days after the time of the notice, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in § 830 of the Codified Ordinances.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any
1. 
Commercial van;
2. 
Trucks over one ton in capacity by weight;
3. 
Motor home more than 20 feet in length; or
4. 
Trailer, tent camper or boat
to park such vehicle or equipment at any time on any public street in a residential area of the Township of Crescent, except for delivery to, or servicing of a home in such area.
B. 
All persons, firms or corporations violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall be penalized in accordance with § 120.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the Township of Crescent.
