The Town hereby adopts the Other Post-Employment Benefits Declaration
of Trust, effective May 17, 2012, for the benefit of the officers
and employees, and their beneficiaries, of the Town and the Board
of Education. A copy of the entire trust document is available for
public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk, 41 West Street,
Cromwell, Connecticut 06416.
