The following sections of this Article are hereby adopted as
rules and regulations governing the use of the property at Rowayton
which was conveyed to the city by John Sherman Hoyt by warranty deed
dated June 8, 1923.
No person shall obstruct the westerly or southerly sides of
the float on such premises, such portion of the float to be unobstructed
so as to provide a proper boat landing.
Boats shall be secured only to the northerly and easterly sides
of the float and to the westerly end of the dock.
Automobiles shall be permitted to park upon the dock.
The land south of the dock shall be used only as a swimming
beach and for recreation purposes.
The upland of such premises may be used for park and recreational
purposes.
No dogs or other animals shall be permitted upon the beach or
upon the recreational areas of such premises.
No nuisance shall be committed on such premises, nor shall any
person commit any act that may injure such premises.
No person shall commit on such premises any act detrimental
to life, health, morals or the public peace.
