On the fifteenth (15th) day of March 1939, the Village of Northwoods was incorporated. On the sixteenth (16th) day of April 1940, the qualified voters of the Village of Northwoods passed a proposition to become a City of the Fourth Class under the laws of the State of Missouri.
The boundary of the City shall be as provided by appropriate records as kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.
