Section 500.010 Earthquake And Seismic Design Requirements.

All construction in the City shall comply with the requirements of Sections 319.200 through 319.207, RSMo., and any amendments thereto, relating to earthquakes and seismic construction requirements.

Section 500.020 Building Permit Required.

No property owner, lessee, or company, or corporation shall build any type of building or structure or lagoon on any property in the incorporated limits of the City of Leadington, Missouri, unless the Board of Aldermen has approved the project, a permit has been issued by the Board of Aldermen, and a fee is paid to the City in an amount determined by the Board of Aldermen.
