A. Any person who shall desire to engage in business in the Township
as a transient photographer shall make application to the Township
Secretary for a license. Such application shall contain the following
information:
(1) The
name and address of the person desiring to engage in such business.
(2) The
names and addresses of any individuals who are to work for or with
the applicant in the Township in conducting, operating and/or soliciting
photographic work in the Township.
(3) The
location in the Township, if any, from which such person is to conduct
such business.
B. Such application shall be accompanied by a bond, in an amount established
by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, as surety for the completion
and delivery of all photographic work done by the applicant for customers
within the Township.

No license shall be issued under this article until a period of 10 days shall have expired after the filing of the application referred to in §
480-7 of this article. Thereupon, the applicant shall pay to the Township Secretary, for the use of the Township, a license fee, as established by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, for each day on which such applicant shall desire to engage in business within the Township as a transient photographer. Upon receipt of such fee, the Township Secretary shall issue the license, which shall be valid for the time specified thereon as determined by the license fee paid.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
for each and every such violation, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $600, and costs of prosecution, or,
in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 30 days.
