The Director of the Department of Senior and Social Services
shall have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
and should have a minimum of four years professional experience with
responsibility for gathering social service and senior information
and have knowledge of development of new programs or the identification
of the existing programs to meet the needs of senior and social service
groups. A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for
one year of experience.
