Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139, there is hereby
created the Office of the Town Attorney.
The Town Attorney shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The term of office of the Town Attorney shall be for one year.
The Town Attorney shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Mayor and Council and/or the Town Administrator.
The salary of the Town Attorney shall be as set forth in the
annual Salary Ordinance.
